For safe shipping, we recommend wrapping your records or cassettes in two layers of bubble wrap and filling your box with newspaper or packing peanuts so they won't rattle around. UPS, USPS, DHL and FedEx each offer insurance for pennies per dollar of insurance, if you're concerned for the safety of your records. Send your package to us at:

We'll notify you by email as soon as we receive your records or cassettes. Recording should start in the next 2 to 5 business days, depending on our current workload. Your media are physically cleaned and recorded on professional turntables and tape decks, and then digitally sanitized with a custom computer script that removes most pops, crackle and hiss. If you've ordered Deluxe conversion, we add track points by hand to the audio file. Finally, your finished music is burned to archival-quality CDs or high-bitrate mp3s.

Your record or cassette cover art (or the bare LP/tape, if no case is provided) is scanned at high resolution and printed to the CD and CD jewel case. Deluxe CDs will also feature song or track titles printed on the back of the CD case. mp3 conversion, which is cheaper than CD conversion, features a single data CD with your music as 192 kbps mp3 files, complete with ID3 tags and ready to be imported into iTunes or your favorite audio player.

Here we secure your original media and CDs in bubble wrap and return your completed order to you via USPS Media Mail, for a flat rate of $5.00 on all orders. Return shipping usually takes 2-5 business days. As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a USPS Delivery Confirmation number for tracking. Need your order faster? We also offer USPS Priority Mail shipping (1-3 business days) for an additional fee of only $10.00 on orders of 1-9 records. Priority shipping on larger orders is calculated by total shipment weight.
