Opportunity: Re-configure an existing hydraulic power unit to improve the functionality and ease of operation.
Result: Through a team effort, 蘑菇视频 was able to eliminate identified problematic issues from the original design and produce a product that was easier to manufacturer, easier for the customer to use, and exceeded delivery expectations. The new design had to fit into the exact same size enclosure. The product that went to the field with our soldiers was more reliable and easier to use.
